Expanding the content to include either his own research or work from elsewhere on topics such as how bilingual children develop in the context of a monolingual society i.e. social skills, comprehension of main language, other learning e.g. maths in comparison to monolingual children. 😇😇💐💐💐

But until I attended ‘The Deaf Way’ in 1989, had no proper understanding of sign language and deaf culture. Moreover, I only harbored the same misunderstanding and prejudice about these concepts as any other staunch ‘oralist’.
